We stand behind every ForgeMount product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at forgemountsupport@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid Aramex return label.
  3. Drop the package at any Aramex location.
  4. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost — no return shipping required.
